Hi,

I'm running VP-ASP Free but have added some of the option pack updates for taxes and shipping, among others.

While deleting an order from the Admin menu increases product quantities of items ordered, completing the order or marking an order as "processed" doesn't decrease the quantities.

Also, completing the order displays the "shopthanks" page, but the item quantities don't decrement either.

What could be wrong?

Hi there,

Stock Control is not actually supported in the FREE version so it sounds like if you have migrated some features across from the Option Pac you may have missed some of the code.

As there is a huge difference between the free version and the full versions we do recommend actually replacing the ASP files if you have made changes to the free.

You can re-use your html templates and your database but the ASP files themselves should be replaced.
