I've run into a problem where the supplier order confirmations are only being delivered to those using an email address from our domain.
I have about 40 suppliers who use an email address with @3scrapateers.com and get the supplier confirmations without problems. However, I have a few suppliers who are just that - suppliers who are just going to be selling their products in our site. I've setup their supplier record with their email address, however, they never receive the confirmations.

I hesitate to think it's a problem with my email program setup because customers are getting their order confirmations without problems.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated - hopefully just a setting I've missed somewhere????

Hi there,

I should think it's a relay 'problem' with IIS. Have a look at IIS Manager -> SMTP server properties -> Access Tab -> Relay restrictions.

I suggest that you allow 'only the list below' to relay and add in the IP address of your server (or 127.0.0.1).

If you have a look in c:\inetpub\mailroot\badmail you will probably find all the undelivered emails.
