In testing the checkout process, the registration does not appear to be linking correctly once completed.

Here is the sequence I am having problems with;

1. Enter the shop.
2. Add product to cart.
3. Checkout
4. Prompted to login or register.
5. Upon successful registration gives blank page stating you have been successfully added to our mailing list?

I would think once a customer clicks checkout, and registers successfully, it would link them through to the shipping details page automatically. Have I messed something up or is this how the software is supposed to work. If yes, does anyone have any ideas how to change this?

Hi,

It sounds as though the shoploginform subroutine in your shopproductsubs.asp file has been modified.

Please upload a fresh copy of this file to your site.

If this does not solve the problem then we would need you to submit a helpdesk ticket with your site's url and ftp access to be able to look into this further.

You are correct, I uploaded the new file to the server and that fixed the problem.
