I am beginning an install and can't seem to get the bulk import function to work. I have file whose first line contains the product table field names. This is csv file format with quotes all data items. There are no error msgs. The update function runs for awhile and seems to complete, but viewing the product table indicates nothing was added.
I have a field named hide which is set false for each line.
The file located in folder import in the shopping directory with write access on. I have used no path and absolute path file specifications.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

We would need to see your import file to debug this properly.
