I just upgraded from v5.0 to v6.0, and everything seems to have upgraded fine, except....
When I move from the page where I put in all of my information to place an order, my old version went to upsrealtime.asp, which doesn't exist on 6.0. I found in the database where it was pointing to this file, and I updated the dbase to point to upsxmlrealtime.asp and now I get the following error when I get to that page.
--- Error occurred getting shipping data. Status code=10002 The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid ---
I have tried searching for those errors in the forums and got no results. Anyone know what needs to be done to resolve this error?
I tried copying my old upsrealtime.asp file over and I get a serious asp error.

it really hard to find good documenation around the web for UPS, all i can suggest for you here is that you run the problem through the helpdesk.

Hi,
We have helped out with this question through the Helpdesk, but for anyone else who has this problem -
1. Check that you have the latest patch applied
2. You will need to open your database outside of VP-ASP and check the ups_config table.
You need to ensure there is only ONE record in this table, or you will receive errors.
Simply delete all but one of these records and it should fix up the error.
Kind regards, Claire VP-ASP Support |

I just upgraded to 6.09 and I am getting the same error again.
I checked to verify that I only have 1 UPS config record, and also verified I have the correct UPS Account #.
Any other thoughts on what could cause this error?
I currently have a trouble ticket open and am waiting on a response from VPASP.
Thanks,
