 Decimal point won''t stay placed		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

When I add a new product and put in the price the decimal point does not stay where placed.

Example: product price entered is 18.99 when I update or add record the entry loses the decimal point so it shows 1899 and then on the sit it shows this for a $18.99 product US$1'899.00

how do I fix this please

Dear Chasmo,

This issue can sometimes be caused if your webserver does not format numbers in the same way that your xlcid does.

This problem generally arises when using formatting for european currencies.
