When I set a product feature to be selected using a "checkbox" the software seems to default to a "Radio Button" instead. I did manage to get a checkbox a few days ago but now for the life of me I cannot do so. Any thoughts?

try setting the "Multiple" value to "Yes" for the features which are part of the group; I think it uses radio-buttons if that's "No", and tick-boxes if that's "Yes"
