I have looked at sample orders in the Virtual "You've Got Orders" Pane and also noticed that even in the Cart there are no SKU numbers. As Well as the cart-checkout.
How does the home office determine what they really bought?
I am still in the "I haven't bought yet" stage - so is that the issue?

Hi there,

SKU numbers can be recorded by adding "ccode" to the "xcartfields" field in Setup->Products 1.

In the product edit page, you can enter your SKU numbers in the "Product Code" field (or ccode). By putting "ccode" in the above the "xcartfields" field, will mean that this information will be recorded in the shopping cart and the order.

So I did that and that is nice, but I found this in temp_productformat.htm
