Does anyone get error message with ups Realtime when a product is less than 0.1kg?
The error is as below...(the product weight is 0.05kg)
Error occurred getting shipping data. Status code=111031
Packages must weigh more than zero kg.
Is it a VPASP bug or the UPS does not not accept weight less than 0.1kg? or is it the setup problem?
Anyone experience it please share....thanks...
Note : weight of 0.1kg or above will not have problem... |
