Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong forum, but the payment gateway forums didn't look like the right spot...
We're in the process of finalizing our VP-ASP installation, and have come to a roadblock with the Verisign Payflow Link gateway.
Everything is working properly, all the way up to and including the transaction confirmation page. On the final transaction page however, the Verisign site is set up to submit a "silent post" back to our server with the transaction details, which would be used to update our local database, and generate the necessary VP-ASP emails confirming the transaction.
So far, we've directed the Verisign silent post to the "verisignresult.asp" file. This page does its job updating the database, but the necessary forwarding to the "shopthanks.asp" doesn't appear to happen--thus, no emails are sent from VP-ASP, though the order is properly logged. The customer also remains on the Verisign Page, with a link (or form button) to return to our site.
How do we get the system to proceed to the shopthanks.asp template? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
