The majority of page formatting occurs within shoppage_header.htm (which controls top and left of the page) and shoppage_trailer.htm (which controls bottom and right of the page).
In this case the affiliate link can be located in shoppage_trailer.htm
Locate and delete the following lines to remove the affiliate link:
<tr>
<td class=leftmenumain><a href="shopaffadmin.asp"><%=getlang("langaff")%></a></td>
</tr>
Remember to always back up your files first before modifying.
