We've just upgraded our panel-splitter so that it now comes with sample files/settings to mimic the look/contents of vpaspv6 (there's also a set of 5.5 sample panel files to do the same kind of thing to mimic the default 5.5 look)
If you want to tweak your side-panels' contents or size/alignment/margins etc, then it's definitely worth a look:
