i use v4.5 and dont wish to upgrade

there is one feature in v6 i would like to add to my site

and that is when the customer goes to the checkout, they are asked if they are an existing customer, and if they are not then they can create a new account

and the address form is not shown until new customer is selected

how can i add the feature?
