I just got finished working with support for a problem I was having with the modifications I made to the cart. I knew the problem was my fault, I had no idea what I did to make it occur, and I could not fix it.
I contacted them, they responded within 45 minutes of my email, and fixed my problem within 24 hours. This was after my spending approx. 10 hours of concentrated effort trying to fix it myself.
Customer support like that is rare. I only hope I can achieve that level of service in my business and give my customers the feeling of satisfaction that I have right now.
