I just started using the affiliates section of my VPASP website. I have ran into a problem that I need some assistance with. When I run the affiliate reports to know how many orders and the commission they receive, it calculates all orders even if they have been canceled. When an order is canceled, either by the customer or the merchant, the order is marked as processed. I don't remove canceled orders from the database because I want to be able to report that also. The problem is that affiliates are getting commissions for orders that were canceled. I can manually fix that by deducting from next quarter's commison, but how do I fix this so the reporting is accurate based on processed (completed and shippped) orders? Any input?
