I have a request, not for vp-asp, but for these forums.
It would be nice to have an auto e-mail sent to us when someone replies to a topic we have posted in or are choosing to watch so we know when someone has has either replied to us or is making a comment about the thread.

they're using snitz for their forum, and snitz has an option for this that you can turn on/off at various levels (forums, boards, topics) - my guess is that vpasp have kept that option switched off to avoid too much server-processing for all the emails that'd be flying back+forth as they've got a lot of forum visitors.
my 2 cents' worth; I agree with the posters; I'd really find that useful too; please switch the option on if possible!

Yes, this would be helpful. It would enable me to be more active in the forum without having to read all the posts to see if there has been a reply for me. I made a similar request back in April in this post:

The moderator did turn on mailing so that we can mail each other directly, and this has been useful.
