Has anyone else had a problem with subcategories not displaying in version 5.50?
I still have (and use) version 5.0 and have compared the settings for both to make sure I'm not missing anything but cannot find the reason my subcategories aren't displaying.

I'm NOT using categorysimplemode.

I have one main category with multiple subcats under it.
I have designated a product to be in ONE of the subcategories.

When I pull it up from client side it doesn't show ANY subcategories under the main category but DOES show the product under the main category.

It is set up the same as version 5.0 but is behaving incorrectly.

Any help anyone can give on this would be appreciated. I am in the bad position of needing this answer today and I think it's a weekend in Australia so tech support may not be online.

When using templates and wish to display subcategories, you need to use the following controls in the tmp_categogrytemplate.htm file

[FORMATIMAGE SUB]
To display images

[FORMATHYPERLINKS SUB]
To display hyperlinks

See also the Developers Guide under Category templates.
