Currently when the customer selects to continue and order the product the page fails with error:

"Unknown column 'workphone' in 'field list'
shopmysqlsubs.asp line 243

This is in the sub MYSQLAddOrder.

I have not made any changes.. This sub does not show a get for this field..

Has anyone seen this failure?
