Hi there,

We have started a Private Merchants group on our YourVirtualStore site.

We welcome any genuine VPASP merchants or developers to this new group. It is primarily to share information about hackers, how to protect yourself and how to minimise fraud and charge backs.

To apply you need to send to [email protected] the email address used when purchasing VPASP, the order number and your matching web site. We will verify your details with VPASP and then send you the password for access to this section.

Membership is free and is open to all VPASP customers, whether you are in the support period or out.

Thanks,
Cam

Dear Jon,

Thank for letting us know about the email address not working. We had disabled the catch-all because of Spam. This has now been set up again so the email address is now working.

You can actually use the help desk though to request access as VP-ASP and YourVirtualStore have now merged.

The forum is still active although we have set up a restricted access page for VP-ASP users now as well to view the fixes and security alerts.

This page can be accessed at:

Thank you
