Help Needed! Please!
Two questions:
1. How do I prevent VAT from being calculated on a VAT-exempted item in an order?
2. Does any one out there have a sample script for calculating EU VAT completely? That is, when an EU customer makes a purchase from another EU state, if they are VAT registered, by entering a legitimate VAT number at the point of payment they should be automatically chared zero-rated VAT for the entire order.
Surely I can't be the only one out there with this problem.
