Even though I want my emails to be in html, they're currently only coming across as text emails (i.e: "<HTML><BODY><B>EMAIL TEST</B></BODY></HTML>").

I've switched xemailformat to "HTML" but still receive only text emails. Do I have to switch over anything else?

I am getting this same thing.. what did I do to cause it.. any help?

Hi,

Make sure that xcustomeremail is set to tmp_customeremail.htm. This is the template that is used when email format is html, however I think if you have the Free or Value versions of the cart you will need the Options Package to be able to use html mailing templates.
