Hi guys.
I accidentally turned off the ability for the customer to adjust their quantity in the shopping cart. Now, a quanity of "1" is hard coded into the quantity field and the customer is unable to edit it.
What did I accidentally turn off(or on)?

When in the configuration section of the shopping cart administration, type in xcartstaticquantity in the search field above and click search. Xcartstaticquantity will come up and should be set to "no" to accomplish what you like.
