 live ups rates just died on me		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

It worked fine all year now today some how this error came on:

UPS rates failed with the following message
6920No RAVE Server connection established

What does this mean?

This is note I received from UPS support.

Thank you for your support inquiry. As you noted, there was an issue with the Rate and Service Selection Datastream Tool which has since been resolved. Currently, all requests are processing properly at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused.
