I have a support related suggestion.

I think support should gather all of the support requests from the helpdesk and created a searchable knowledgebase for all customers of vpasp to use as another support tool.

I am sure there are many questions we all ask that support has answered many times over and over to each of us.

I bet there are alot of qestions that can be answered if we just did a quick search.

Just a thought.
