Hi All

I was testing my site and having problems with the Canada Post shipping module. I am experiencing shipping costs being added per item, not weight. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem?

HI Jim,

I haven't had this problem in particular (but have had many problem with canada post - Grrr) I would try logging in to your Canada post profile - I wonder if you have a handeling fee per item set up. Also make sure you have boxes set up with and uper and lower weight limit/size limit - If you don't have any boxes set up - or if your test order dosen't fit in your box - than canada post would likely not calculate the shipping amount (and perhaps just ad a handeling fee, if you have this set up)
