Hi,

I'd like to change the text, such as "Previous customers can just login" on top of the shopcustomer.asp page...

It seems like an easy job but i still don't know how...so i thought i shold stop by and see if anyone has done this before i start to dig around all the .asp files for the anwers.

appreciate the help!!

Are you using the language stored in database (admin area) or using the language text files?

go to www.spws.net for my email.

hi, you know what? i have no clue. It just generates itself w/out me setting up anyting upfront. But my guess is it's the default language store on shopadmin.asp

We can start here shop$language_english.asp..(If using english)

Open the file and about line 69 you should find

LangCust01="Previous customers can just login "

Edit the text and save. Your text should be changed.

If this does not work it is because the text is being read for the database

go to www.spws.net for my email.

But...it's still not working!! eeek. I was so sure that after i changed the shop%language_english.asp file and the data stored on lanuage table in shopadmin, it would work. But it's not showing the modified msg on the shopcustomer.asp .....

I'm using VP ASP v5.0 btw.

any idea why? thax!
