Is anyone aware of an addone that would allow the public to add a product for a small fee????

I am thinking of using this to create a "for sale by owner" section of the cataloge for people to list propetties for sale. They would pay a fee then be allowed to list a property upload photos etc.

would also work as a classifieds where general public could post items for sale
