 BOA CC rejections making it through as completed		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

I am running VPASP 4.5 and everything seemed to be running fine until a few weeks ago. Now I have found that we are getting emails from VPASP with completed order information even though BOA does not show the orders as accepted in their CC interface. After looking into this further I found 5 store transactions in the DB that BOA had rejected credit cards for one reason or another.

Why did this happen? should they not have just been bounced back to boadecline.asp?

REALLY NEDD SOME HELP ON THIS ONE. Thanks.

What gateway are you using? Could you please little elaborate on your problem?.

Was this problem ever resolved? I am having the same problem, using VPASP 5.0 and the Bank of America gateway. It seems that all orders show up in the Orders page, and only a subset of those have the "payment information" section populated. Is this correct behavior?
