I have found someone much better than
XTGSystems.com for ERD and UML modeling.
For about $179 you have an Enterprise
Quality UML tool for systems development
and business process analysis and design.

They partnered with this RAD development
compnay to create something called
Tangible Engineering which is much
better than my first choice of
eSolutionspr.com in many ways.

Maybe these products are off topic
for a Shopping Cart system, if so,
just let me know either way but so
many applications end up needing
UML, ERD and Visual Architecting.
