We have just published the Entity Relationship Diagrams
for VP-ASP Version 5.0 and have put them on-line as a
free service to all VP-ASP customers and dealers.

http://www.21stCenturyInc.com/vp-asp/ER

If you want to purchase your own copy of the ER tool used
to create these diagrams, check out this link today. It also
shows you the Entity and Attribute Repositories, how to Reverse
Engineer a new model based on any changes to the database
structures, and a Visual Presentation layer for all the indices
and the relationships both Primary Keys and Foreign Keys for
all the tables. It works for Access, MySQL, MS SQL Server,
Postgres, and maybe a half dozen others.

We are also working on a new system that allows for on-line
preparation and printing of about a dozen Exporters Shipping
Forms and Documents for a Multi-Modal transport model: Ground
and Marine or Ground and Air. This system will allow web data
entry and then data merge into Adobe PDF forms as a server based
model. It is called EMMAS or the Exporters Multi-Modal
Accommodations Shipping Documentation System.

http://www.webshipments.com/WebVics/WebVICS.asp will be the front
end data entry screen for the Truckers Bill of Lading and later
for the Ocean/Marine Bill of Lading and the Air Cargo Bill of
Lading. It will be using the ActivePDF server components from
http://www.activePDF.com If there is enough interest we might
create an Invoicing Module in the VP-ASP format into a PDF file.

The system will print everything from the Certificate of Origin,
the Certificate of Quality, the Bank Draft Request, the Shippers
Letter of Instructions, the Customers Pro Forma Invoice, the Export
Bill, the Ground/Ocean Booking Request, the Ground/Ocean Booking Confirmation, the Dock Release, the Shipping Advice, the Packing
List, the Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Compliance, and the
Bank Transmittal Letter, all in PDF Format based on web entry
and SQL Server Storage options to optimally minimize all data entry.
