I just set this up and everything seems to be working
The problem is that I need to see results for Media mail for Domestic and Airmail for Foreign. Neither of which show up.
I added Media to the choices in the config but the results gives me an error that Machinable must be true or false.
In the International I can add anything I want and the results never change even if I remove all the options. the results are always Priority or Express as if it is still using the Domestic variables.

I'm having the same problem w/ this issue - I need to reduce the Int'l shipping options to only allow Global Express.
Has anyone figured this out yet?

I followed uspostalreadme to set up USPS realtime shipping option. But I am not lucky. It does not work for me.
This is what I did:
1). I upload the following files to /shopping/
uspostalrealtime.asp
uspostaltransport.asp
uspostalconfig.asp
uspostalinterface.asp
uspscountries.txt
2). Add 1 additional selection to the "OTHER" section in the Occasional Tasks - Shipping
setup page in my admin. I use "U.S. Postal Service" as Shipping Method name. In the
filename, I add the value uspostalrealtime.asp.
3). Edit uspostalconfig.asp and set these options
const MerchantUSERID="myuspsxmlid"
const MerchantPASSWORD="same as above as instructed by USPS"
const XMerchantZip="91706"
I got the results/message as follows when I test my shopping cart:
Cannot locate shipping record
select * from shipmethods where shipmethod='U.S. Postal Service'
The above message is on View Cart page, below item list and just above ORDER NOW button. No other error message displayed.
Except the above 3 steps, is there any other part we need enter some value for USPS real time shipping method? such as Set-Up - Shipping section, xshippingotherfields, xshippingotherrequired in my admin.

Hi,
Please try making the following change in shopshippingcalc.asp.
At about 540, in the sub HandleByOther, locate the following line -
AddShippingCountry shipsql,shiprs, dbc
Change it to -
'AddShippingCountry shipsql,shiprs, dbc
