I have been hacked into via the shopping cart. Luckily I don't keep any credit cards numbers, just customer names, addresses etc., but I don't want someone into my site. I initially installed the shopping cart in a vanilla manner. Someone added their own user Id and password with access to all tables etc. I changed the passwords for my id's and even eliminated the vpasp id, but they added it back with their own password. Can anyone tell me how I go about keeping them from getting in - I'm pretty novice on this, so don't know which programs etc. I need to rename or eliminate or.... to keep them from adding userid's and passwords.
