I use Google Analytics purely for analytics and tracking. For marketing purposes, I do use SEO Moz (https://moz.com/) as well.

i''m using google analytic and histat, not sure for seo moz, never been use this before

http://www.histats.com/ seems to be a cool tool too :)

But, I prefer GA and Moz for it''s usability and scalability. Just my $0.02.
