Hi,

My email notifications sent to the customer and myself when an order is placed has just stopped working but I havn''t changed any settings - what could be the cause of this?

Hi,

It''s possible that your host has been put on an email blacklist. This happened to us quite recently and we just had to wait until they applied for removal.

maybe authentication thing.. like to have mail authenticate user and password. I think these to be put into shop$config.asp. but be sure you ask the host first if mail server really have problem.
