We have a few things going on ...
Shipping is realtime UPS and USPS.
We have an item that is free (sample item costs $0.00) and shipping was being calculated correctly.
Then, we added free shipping for orders in the US over $99, which works in conjunction with the realtime rates
BUT
Now, there is a no shipping option for the free sample in the US.
I have wracked my brain... is there a setting I am missing? I have Howard's mod, so I am checking the coding there, but I was hoping there was something easier... if not, what are my options?

Ok for those who have this mod, I changed shippingcostcalcsubs.asp
NOTE: We don't offer FREE shipping on ANY product unless it meets the $99 mark.
