Hi,
I've just activated PayPal alongside Worldpay and I'm currently testing it, and wondered if someone could help with the following:
Now that both payment gateways are active, users have the choice to either:
a) Pay By PayPal, or
b) Pay By Worldpay
If a user selects to "Pay by Worldpay", starts the process, but then cancels the transaction part way through (or the transaction fails), they get returned to the following page: /shopping/wpshopcheckout.asp
On this page, currently it says:
"Your credit card transaction failed
Please select another payment method"
However, it's currently *only* displaying the Worldpay route.
To help reduce the risk of any abandoned transaction at that stage, it would be great to also provide customers with the option to switch to paying via PayPal.
What's the best way to update this page so that, if PayPal is active on the site, the option to switch to pay by Paypal is also displayed on this page?
