A client is getting reports of an error upon checkout... I haven't been able to replicate it, but I wanted to see if anyone had run across this before. I can't login to the cart to check settings, but I suspect the settings are off somewhere...

i dont think vpasp softawre has this file shippingcostupsxmlrealtime.asp. I cannot locate myself in my own site.

is it a custom file created by ur client maybe ?
