Hello, we moved our site from Server 2003 to Server 2008. I got an html page to display fine but cannot get the site to display. I have changed the ip address in the 2 config files (site and admin). When I try to go to the site, I get the shoperror.asp page in the address bar and and it says "The page isn't redirecting properly". When I try to go to admin, I get a 500 - Internal server error. Can someone help me know where to look to fix this?
I just tried the diag_dbtest.asp and got this:
[MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver]Host 'xxxx' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
When I test ODBC connection on server it says it's fine and running.
This error showed for read/write

must be incorrect mysql host name you have put in the shop$config.asp. it looks like to me the error is about mysql db connection issue. recheck your mysql db strings.

This was resolved. The problem was (as it was on the old server) it had the server's IP address. So I had changed it to the new server's IP address - that didn't work. I had support look at it and they changed it to "localhost".
