Does anyone have any ideas on how one can lower the UPS shipping rates in VPASP?

The shipping rates that are being calculated are too high and we are trying to figure out where in the code we could either lower the price, give UPS a lower weight or something else to lower them.

contact ups person and ask them to set your ups account as discounted rates, with this, i think this will lowering the ups rates in your site.
