Help! I had UPS Realtime working in VPASP 7 and now an entry for it has been deleted. I did not have a screenshot. I tried to disable and then re-enable UPS Realtime in Admin, but it did not add the UPS option for customers to select during checkout. Now checkout is not possible.

Thanks for any help!

If anyone with UPS Real Time functioning in VPASP7 could chime in with all the settings from beginning to end, it would be most helpful. Thanks very much.

Hi,

Has the installation finished correctly? If so, then when checking out, in shopcustomer.asp page, I recommend to enter the shopupsxmlrealtime.asp directly into your web browser's address bar.

This page should show any error message that related to your UPS shipping. For example, assuming your store is www.mystore.com, then simply enter this:

http://www.mystore.com/shopupsxmlrealtime.asp
