I already helped James on this.. his company took over one of my old clients sites and they're not familiar with how this works..

The flash slideshow on the homepage is handled by an external xml file that lists all the images used in the slideshow so there's no need for a developer to go into the Flash source file to update it.

Also, the menu items (sub menu items) are all handled in a separate menu.js file.
