Is there a way to choose what picture gets displayed as a thumbnail when sharing on facebook, twitter, myspace etc.
I have men, women, kids clothing and when i click on share male shirt, the thumbnail that shows up is a female shirt. It does allow let me click next to the rest of my images, but is there a way to force that the thumbnail is for the product itself? How does know what or from where to pull in the images? |

if u choose to use FB "Like" button to share/like the certain product, & u want certain product to display the correct image, u will need some customisation code put into your vpasp i think. The product id has to be dynamically pass to the FB code that inserted somewhere into your vpasp file. with the dynamic product id, the social media can then display the correct product image from where you are sharing from.
maybe their vpasp developer can do this for u i thought.
best regards from Diego. |
