Hi,

This is a wierd one.

Just had a customer on live chat who couldn't place her order. Everytime she entered the first line of her order and clicked to go through to createorder, the system sent her back to shopcustomer and stated the first line of the address hadn't been completed.

I tested it on 6 different browsers and it wouldn't let her go through.

The problem was the words in her address. Which was 999 Union Street (number changed). Entering 999UnionStreet (without spaces) works fine. I've tested it and the problem lies in the word "Union". Nothing with the word Union in it works.

Does anyone have any ideas why?

Thanks

Okay, I've worked out that the word union or rather "union " is classed as a bad word (in shop$db).

Problem is Union is quite a popular street name in the UK, Is there a way round this?

Thanks

Hi Steve,

You can just remove this from shop$db.asp.

Thank you.
