I know there is a filter option in Admin for filtering items on this page, but is there anything that allows a standard ORDER BY type menu as well? Most websites have this, such as "Order by Price Ascending, Decending, Model #, etc.).

Might this be something I'm missing or am I looking at custom coding on this?

Steve's sample code on that topic is one way to do it, another way is byz116; byz116 will allow more complex order-by's ie it'll let you code-up "decode" statements or other more complex sorting.
