I have been trying to upgrade a 6.5 installation to 7.0 and have went through the install document okay. I enter the old username during the upgrade and it finishes the upgrade. After the upgrade I try logging into the admin site and it does not accept the username password and second password i am entering. I am using the information that was generated from the upgrade sheet that it says to print.
Why is it not taking my username and password after the upgrade? I do not know the old password so I thought as part of the upgrade and the final upgrade report shows the username and password. Which is differen then what I originally entered.
the report shows something the below for the admin password which was not the original password.
Admin User Name: 138.172.100
