I'd like to modify my email templates to format the order items in a way more akin to our invoices. This means listing the indiviual items, prices etc in a different way. I can't see from the manuals how this can be done. Am I missing something obvious?

Thanks,

Jeb.

Can't you just open the template and alter it? I think the default customer receipt is tmp_customeremail.txt (or tmp_customeremail.htm which is what I used and altered for my own look).

Thanks for the reply Chris. I have looked at this approach, but I can't see how to access the details for the individual items in the order so that I can display just the information I want about each item.
