Is there a way to include the top sellers with images in the Customer HTML email template ?

We did this and hardcoded it into the template. Bit of a hassle at times but got the job done.

However we had loads of complaints about it as customers weren't happy being pressurised (as they saw it) into buying something else very shortly after they had just made one purchase.

We found it was better to simply add them to our newsletter list.

Any chance you could share some of that code. Here in the states, it's sad but it's all about pressure selling. We do follow up with newsletters too but find a discount code and other offers in the sales receipt work great for a follow up order.

What I ideally would like to do is have an offer for an accessory that they have not purchased and a one click purchase to add it to the current order for no extra shipping. Something like "Add the Frying Pan to your order and save 15% and no additional shipping. Must act in the next 60 minutes"

I haven't got the code anymore as it didn't work and so was deleted.

But all it was was a simple list of the top ten with href tags to the product on the site.
