We have a little alert that there is a tracking message, but in the admin area, when you click it, it just goes to the customer orders page.

Where do we find the tracking messages?

Can anyone answer this question? I am having the same issue.

Hi,

Have you tried clicking the "track" button? It's the one with globe icon. I've test this and able to see the track messages.
