Hi.

My customer call me that she find items and click check out than "item" is gone.
When she click back and can see the item and than clike check out the item is gone again.
Whant happen?

I don't want to rost money with this problem.
She will not order again!! She is big customer!!

How can I do?

Hi there

Do you have the xmysite and xssl settings in the shop$config.asp file set correctly?

It sounds like your ssl url does not match your actual domain url. This can cause the session to be lost when checking out.

If you are having issues still after checking these it may be an idea to post this in our helpdesk and the support guys will look at it for you.
