I've noticed an issue when adding a product with a feature price multiple times drops the feature price completely on the second time through.
Scenario: If a user adds a shirt and selects x-large with an attached feature price of $2.00 it will work properly and display it in the cart with the correct price. If the user then goes back to the exact product and selects the same options and adds it to the cart the identical item is then grouped with the previous one in the cart, however the added feature price is dropped.
I've checked the help database and fixes for 7.0 and haven't found a solution. I also searched through the VP-ASP customer carts section and was able to recreate the issue on other user's cart systems.
